Vashti Bunyan, a british folk artist, is well known for her 32 year absence from the music industry, and later successful reintroduction in 2005. In a mock retrospective album entitled Epilogue, I use Andrew Wyeth’s illustration as parallels to the melancholic, washed-out sound of Bunyan’s music, and present the mythology of his work as a story for her unique journey.
